Our vision for Bambylor begins with healthcare but extends far beyond the walls of a medical facility.
We are working toward a community-centered hub that will bring together healthcare access, maternal and child health, caregiver education, health literacy, disability inclusion, community outreach, and advocacy.

Navigating healthcare can be difficult. Language barriers, unfamiliar healthcare systems, limited health literacy, insurance complexities, and uncertainty about available resources can prevent individuals and families from receiving the care they need.
Al Khodor Foundation envisions working with community organizations, healthcare professionals, universities, volunteers, and immigrant-serving institutions to help individuals better understand health information, navigate healthcare systems, and connect with trusted resources.
